We strive to ensure that our photo editing accurately reflects the product you will receive, but please be aware that some discrepancies may occur. We make an effort to include a concise description of the color in the listing; however, this is also a matter of personal interpretation. Color discrepancies do not constitute valid reasons for a refund or exchange unless we have sent a completely incorrect item. If you believe there is a problem, please reach out to us before you open your product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are happy to cancel your order within 2 hours of it being placed.

To request a cancellation, please send an email with the subject line "Please cancel order #(insert your order number here)" to ((insert email here)) within 2 hours of your purchase, and we will handle it for you. We will process your request as quickly as possible, provided it is made within the 2 hour mark. Unfortunately, we cannot honor requests made after this period.

(So for example: If you place an order at 2 PM on Monday and decide you want to cancel it, you must do so by 4 PM on Monday. Any cancellation request received after 4 PM will not be accepted.)

STORE RETURNS

The following circumstances do not warrant a refund, exchange, or return:

• Customer purchased the incorrect size, style, or color of the item. We offer extensive sizing information in our listings and encourage customers to reach out to us for additional information to aid in their purchasing decisions.
• The item is damaged after being opened.
• The item is damaged during transit. In such cases, you will need to contact your carrier (UPS/FEDEX) for assistance. We generally try to avoid using USPS do to the frequent nature of packages being lost by them.

Please inspect your product for any flaws before removing it from the bag. If you find any issues or defects, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us with your order number immediately!
